I was abducted in Chumic, a village near Nyamlel town in 1992.
It happened in the morning, we heard the sound of guns in the vicinity of Nyamlel town. As we hurried up trying to run away for hiding, we found that our cattle camp is already besieged by [ muraalin] Arab raiders and they ordered us on guns point not to move, hence when one of our cattle camp tried to resist, they shot him dead on spot that caused everybody to panic and shiver with fear. Immediately after we were caught, they separated us with our cattle and they decided to give us goats that they took from different part of the area instead of our cows while our cows are given to different group to drive along. We were 7 seven in number in the cattle camp.
